- Custom Artwork & WebGL Design Studio Data: Text, logos, images, QR codes, and print-ready files (PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, PNG, JPG) customized or uploaded for pre-press and print production.
- Direct Mail CSV Lists: When you purchase direct-to-piece recipient addressing ($0.03/address), we process your uploaded CSV mailing list strictly to inkjet-address your mailpieces. We never sell, rent, share, or market to your uploaded customer mailing lists.
- Payment Processing: All credit card and digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe, Square, PayPal). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- Cookies, Analytics & Referral Tracking: We use essential session cookies, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog), Google Ads conversion tags, and a 365-day referral attribution cookie when you click a partner referral link.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To pre-flight, print, finish, package, and ship your custom print orders and provide automated tracking updates.
- To save your custom templates and WebGL Design Studio proofs inside your account dashboard for easy reordering.
- To administer VIP Customer Program ($39.95/year) automatic 10% discounts and calculate Referral Program (10%) partner commissions.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary data with trusted fulfillment and infrastructure partners (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, payment processors, and cloud storage providers) strictly to complete and deliver your orders.

Uploaded print files and CSV recipient lists are stored in encrypted cloud storage with restricted administrative access. You may request deletion of your account or uploaded files at any time by contacting our support team.
