Returns, Reprints & Refund Policy

1. 14-Calendar-Day Print Quality & Transit Damage Guarantee

• 100% Free Reprint or Full Refund: We stand behind the print quality of every postcard, business card, drop card, flyer, brochure, and custom envelope leaving our West Palm Beach facility. If your order arrives damaged by the shipping carrier or contains a verified manufacturing defect (such as miscut trim, ink streaking, wrong paper stock, or printing that deviates from your approved digital proof), notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• How to Submit a Claim: Email theadmin@theofficeannex.com or call +1-888-365-2721 with your order number and clear photos showing the print defect or packaging damage.
• Zero Restocking or Return Shipping Fees: In most cases, photo verification is all that is needed to trigger an immediate free reprint or full refund to your original payment method (or account store credit). If our quality team requests the defective batch back for press inspection, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you.

2. Custom-Printed, Promotional & Discounted Items (Final-Sale Policy)

• Custom-Manufactured Goods: Because commercial printing products are custom-manufactured specifically to your uploaded artwork or personalized WebGL Design Studio template, non-defective custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to buyer’s remorse or customer-approved proof errors (such as misspelled names, incorrect phone numbers, or low-resolution customer uploads) once active press production has begun.
• Promotional & Free-Tier Orders: Promotional items (including the “100 FREE (With The Office Annex Tagline)” tier), coupon-discounted orders, and VIP-discounted orders are final sale once printed and are not eligible for cash refunds on non-defective print runs. However, promotional and discounted orders are still 100% covered under our 14-calendar-day reprint guarantee if they arrive with a manufacturing defect or carrier transit damage.

3. Order Cancellations & Artwork Modifications Before Printing

• Pre-Press Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel an order or fix a typo in your artwork after checkout, contact us immediately at +1-888-365-2721 or theadmin@theofficeannex.com.
• Full Refund Prior to Press: Any order cancelled before it enters active pre-press plate/press production is eligible for a 100% full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been plated and printed on press, it cannot be cancelled.

4. VIP Customer Program 110% (Ironclad) Savings Guarantee

Our VIP Customer Program ($39.95/year for an automatic 10% discount on all eligible print orders) includes our Ironclad Savings Guarantee: if your cumulative 10% VIP discounts over a 12-month membership term do not equal or exceed your $39.95 annual fee, we will credit the difference to your account as store credit upon request.
