1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Office Annex (www.theofficeannex.com), operated from 13632 83rd Lane North, West Palm Beach, FL 33412. By placing an order, using our WebGL Online Design Studio, or participating in our VIP or Referral programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pre-Press Artwork, Proof Approval & Envelope Ink Coverage

• Digital Proof Approval: When customizing templates in our browser-based WebGL Design Studio or uploading print-ready artwork, you are responsible for verifying spelling, phone numbers, referral IDs, URLs, and layout prior to checkout.
• File Specifications: Customer-uploaded files must be provided at 300 DPI resolution at full print dimensions with a 0.125-inch (1/8”) bleed on all four sides and a 0.125-inch safe zone inside trim lines.
• Custom #10 Envelope 10% Ink Rule: Standard commercial #10 envelope pricing (including Peel-and-Seal envelopes) applies to designs with less than 10% total ink coverage. Orders exceeding 10% ink coverage are automatically flagged during pre-flight for adjusted ink coverage pricing.

3. Production Turnaround & Shipping Policy

• Production Turnaround: Standard production turnaround averages 3 to 5 business days from file approval and payment confirmation.
• Domestic & International Shipping: We ship nationwide across the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and offer international shipping for global customers. Automated tracking notifications are emailed immediately upon dispatch from our West Palm Beach, Florida facility.

4. Return, Reprint & Refund Policy (Custom Printed Goods)

• Custom Print Quality Guarantee: Because commercial printing products are custom-manufactured to your specific artwork or personalization, custom-printed items cannot be returned for a refund due to customer-approved typos or buyer’s remorse once on press.
• 100% Free Reprint or Replacement for Defects: If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a verified manufacturing or printing defect that deviates from your approved digital proof, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery at theadmin@theofficeannex.com or +1-888-365-2721 with photos of the issue. We will produce and ship a replacement reprint at zero cost to you or issue a store credit/refund.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to entering active press production by contacting customer support immediately.

5. VIP Customer Program ($39.95/Year & 110% Savings Guarantee)

The VIP Customer Program is an annual membership ($39.95/year) that applies an automatic 10% discount to eligible print product orders at checkout. Under our Ironclad Savings Guarantee, if your cumulative 10% VIP discounts over a 12-month membership term do not equal or exceed your $39.95 membership fee, we will credit the difference to your account as store credit upon request.

6. Referral Partner Program (10% Commission)

Registered Referral Partners earn a 10% commission on the net product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts) of orders placed by referred customers linked to their account via our 365-day referral tracking cookie. Self-referrals are prohibited. Approved commissions are paid out weekly once your account balance reaches the $25.00 minimum payout threshold.
