1. Production Turnaround & Rush Options

• Standard Production Turnaround (3–5 Business Days): Most commercial printing orders (postcards, business cards, drop cards, flyers, brochures, and custom #10 envelopes) complete printing, cutting, and packaging within 3 to 5 business days from digital proof approval and payment confirmation.
• Next Day Express Envelopes (1–2 Business Days): Our dedicated Next Day Express #10 Envelopes and Next Day Express 6×9 Envelopes are prioritized for 1 to 2 business day production turnaround.
• Expedited Courier Speeds & Rush Requests: At checkout, once you enter your US delivery ZIP code, you can choose between standard ground delivery and expedited courier options (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2Day, or USPS Priority Mail Express). 2. Domestic United States Shipping Rates

• Live Carrier Rate Calculation: We ship across all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Because commercial paper stock weight scales with quantity (for example, 100 business cards vs. 5,000 6”×9” 14pt cardstock postcards), checkout dynamically calculates live carrier rates via EasyShip using the exact box dimensions and weight of your selected quantity tier and your destination ZIP code.
• $8.99 Baseline Estimate / Fallback Rate: Before a destination city, state, and ZIP code are entered on /checkout, the order summary displays an $8.99 baseline shipping estimate (labeled Calculating). As soon as a valid US city, state, and ZIP code are entered, live carrier options load automatically so you can select your preferred carrier and transit speed. In the event live carrier rate APIs are temporarily unreachable, the $8.99 flat-rate fallback applies automatically so checkout is never blocked.
• Single-Address & Multi-Address Split Shipping: Checkout supports shipping your entire order to a single address or splitting individual cart items across multiple recipient addresses in a single transaction.

3. International Shipping & Custom Quote Workflow

• Global Destinations: We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, the European Union, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil, India, and other global destinations.
• How International Shipping Quotes Work: When a non-US country is selected at checkout, initial shipping is set to $0.00 (Custom International Quote) so you can submit your order and artwork without overpaying estimated international freight. Upon receiving your order, our West Palm Beach fulfillment team weighs your exact print run, calculates the lowest discounted international courier rate (DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, or USPS Priority Mail International), and emails you an itemized shipping invoice with a secure online payment link.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes (VAT/GST) levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Dispatch Facility & Tracking Notifications

All orders are printed and dispatched from our commercial facility at 13632 83rd Lane North, West Palm Beach, FL 33412, USA. As soon as your shipping label is generated and scanned by the carrier, an automated email containing your carrier tracking number and live delivery status link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
